I wanted to try doing a monochromatic painting. I haven't done one since I was in art school. This was fun to do as well as my subject matter.I do need to work on this some more but wanted to post something since I haven't in a long time. I see my darks and lights can be a little stronger but right now I have lost interest and need to start on another painting. Hopefully I will figure out what exactly needs to be done to this to make the eye see a more brilliant burst of light. Thats it for now.

Even though my husband has been painting for many years I admit that being partially sighted I am not the best placed person to give you any technical feedback;-)
But ... I can see your work and it speaks of great passion and dedication to art and animals.
